I love holidays and really try to make each holiday a special memory for my kids. This year for St. Patrick's day, we started the day off with green pancakes. For lunch, I made shamrock quesadillas and green applesause. For dinner, we had green eggs and ham with green kool-aid and to top off the night, we had pistachio pie for dessert. I painted shamrocks on the kids' cheeks too. They loved that and wanted me to paint one on Rylan's cheek. I didn't think that would be the best idea. We had a great day!
